seat heater issue

Just got a set of Pirelli scorp. atr's don't know weather to mount them with the whitewall or blackwall facing out. What do you guys prefer? Any pics of Pirellis mounted to a LR3? -

Tailgate latch
Went outside and opened my tailgate, when closing the top it didnt latch. It wont even fit flush against the bottom. It was about 14 degrees out but when I lock and unlock it, it doesn't even move like if it was frozen. Any advice? -

Polybush kit from Atlantic British
