See post #4 above - looks like that is the answer. Also, are you using 91 or higher octane gasoline?

Great news! Manager at my dealer called me today. As of October they are under new ownership and new Management... looks like Ford Mo Co took the dealership back from the previous owner. They apologized for the terrible experience the past dealer put me through and Im taking the rig in next week to get it looked at.

So its not just doing it with the CC now.. seems like the problem is getting worse. I do know that its entirely related to the throttle. I can let off the throttle at any speed when the shutter starts and it immediately goes away. I am calling Land Rover USA tomorrow to discuss the issues with my dealer.

Just a noob asking, what is a CC?

I think he was refering to Cruise Control.

My bad, must be my off day, thanks. Do all the LR3s receive the reflash or does the dealer wait until something goes wrong and is reported by the owner?

That I do not know and have not gotten a clear answer from the dealer. Once I asked about it and they said it didn't need it, another time they just did it saying it needed it for a TSB or something
