Per the rules and reg's here is my intro.

Moved to Colorado almost 2 months ago and brought my 08 Xterra from TX that unfortunately is only 2WD. Will probably let it go soon which is too bad because I know it top to bottom. Been looking at a few vehicles and came across a clean LR3 at the local LR Dealer. Very clean with 98k on the clock, Silver with Tan interior. Looking to do some research after my test drive last week. It drove great and at $18K was very well presented. I am open to any advice and how these do after the 100K mile mark. Would like to keep put another 100K on it. I am a DIY mechanic, but have had no experience with LR.

Thanks in advance, Casey

Welcome to the forum... depending on the year $18k might be a little steep... unless it is well maintained and needing nothing.

Casey,
What are you plans for a LR3? What year are you looking for? make sure you get one with a center diff lock and rear locker.
Are you aware of the possible high cost of repair/maintance of these including bad t/cases and weak diffs?
