LR4 19 inch wheels to 20 inch wheels and tires

I am wanting to change the 19 inch wheels on a 2016 LR4 to 20 inch tires and wheels. Am I correct that the dealer needs to recalibrate the speedometer with this change? Also can anyone suggest a good place to purchase OEM 20's. Are Perelli's worth the cost? And finally any advice on selling 19 inch OEM wheels.

You can find a multitude of 20" wheels, both OEM and aftermarket. Just depends on your budget.
Same goes for tires. For stock size there are about 15 different tires to choose from. From basic on road only tires to more aggressive AT. Again it all depends on what you want.

While anyone of us could recommend a wheel/tire combination, taste varies widely and the use type of the tire as well.
