ok, Son called me from 3 hours away. Cheeck engine light on. parts store read code as P0296 "bank 1 post catalytic converter fuel trim too lean".
No driving issues.
Anyone else had this code come up and what solutions were found?

Check the 02 sensor, make sure it's tight and no corrosion in the connector.
Also, check cat converter for any hairline cracks in the pipes.

Try running some BG 44K in a couple tanks of fuel.
Stuff really works.

Measure the O2 output from a OBD2 reader and compare it with the other side. If its lean then you'll know when its fixed because the numbers will change w/out needing to wait for the light to come on.
