No one asked, but I found the perfect self-inflating air mattress. It's an Exped Deepsleep Mat 7.5 Duo size Medium Double.

Is it on a platform? It looks like you are ready to go camping! The pic below is of a 10.16 cm air mattress. It fits on one side so I can fit my refrigerator on the other side, all my cooking gear, 5 gallons of water and then go out and find a good spot to chill away from camp. I like to meditate back there in the country. Its pretty relaxing.

I have the Exped Megamat Duo (10cm/4in thick), same dimensions, and it fits super well in the back, basically like it was made to fit between the wheel wells.

@powershift I made a folding platform and it's currently 14" tall to accommodate Plano sportsman bins, but it's too tall. I need to revise, lower it about 4 inches and add some drawers.

I have another Exped Megamat Duo 10 (green one) , but queen size and I use it in the rtt.

I love these mattresses!

I was going to ask how you liked the height after seeing the first picture, but I see now you are going to lower it. Why do you say it’s too high? I have the REI version of the exped megamat duo, but it’s too wide to go in between the rear trim. I was going to make it flush, pretty much mattress window to window, but it seems it may be difficult to get in and out.

It's a tad too high and hard to move around with my ceiling storage. 3-4 inches lower would be perfect to clear my 2nd row mounted fridge.
