Tranny and dif oil changes

I don't have my owners manual. Can someone tell me what frequency and mileage the tranny and differential oils need to be changed?

This is what my owner's manual says, but for the record I think this schedule is ridiculous..

I am at 75k, and have changed everything but the coolant and blinker fluid.

thanks. LR replaced by tranny fluid at 60k.

ZF the gearbox manufacturer recommends auto gearbox fluid to be changed at 100,000 KM (60,000Miles) or earlier if used for towing. LR recommend fluid and filter to be changed at 9 yrs or 144,000 miles. I have a 2010 series 4 discovery with 92 K on the clock.
