P0138 O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

Drivers side rear O2 Sensor not reading correctly..... I would get a scan tool that will show the O2 sensor output, this will allow you to see if the sensor is working correctly, or if the Cat may be having issues.

Passenger side O2 sensor behind the Cat... sits on top fo the exhaust pipe just behind the Cat one of the easiest to get to I might add.
