Alright folks, looking to gather some intel, thoughts, suggestions about what I’m planning in the 120k mi range. As of now I’m at 112k, but the next time I have everything apart I want to touch as much as needed.

I’m thinking of:
-crossovers (front & rear), water pump, thermostat, pcv valve- last done & 67k
-spark plugs
-try my hand at walnut blasting the intake valves
-brake pads and rotors- last done @ 57k
-brake fluid- last done @ 91k (will be 2yrs old around this time)
-transmission filter and fluid - last done @ 68k

Anything else I should think about?
-injectors?
-coils?
-anything in the transmission like mechanics or other seals?

Diff / xfer case fluids are only ~10k mi old

I bought a second-hand supercharger for $150 off FB marketplace that I’m thinking of having rebuilt and ported to swap while everything is apart.

I did my cooling system when I did my chains, here's my parts list for this (for your consideration and perusal):

Timing chain parts, obviously you don't need many of these but again here are more parts for you to consider:

My serpentine belt failed which led to this:

Hope this helps a little. I have transmission details if needed, not sure I have parts but I have some docs when I tackled this...

Ohh - And I have the V8 so perhaps you need to just use the part names but not the part numbers - sorry about that!

@Longtrail I’m still up in the air on switching to the upgraded metal parts for everything; I haven’t seen a lot of feedback on here for those that have converted. I probably need to scan the jag forums to get more results and see which brand is more popular (I think there are a few now)

Chains still feel tight using the finger test through the oil filler; 5-7k mi oil change intervals since I’ve owned it at 50k.

I may throw on some pulleys/tensioners while it’s apart, but I’m not too terribly concerned since those can be accessed without SC removal. The biggest concern is what should I do at this mileage that would require SC removal again within a short timeframe

Looks like you're headed in the right direction, I like the idea of the metal parts but bear in mind that metal also fatigues. OE components are designed and engineered very carefully and undergo extensive validation testing before ever being released; can the same be said for these aftermarket metal parts? Now we all know that OEM's screw up but over the lifetime of a vehicle I'd expect fundamental issues to be resolved.

On the pulleys, you're right, you can do this at any time, why worry now.

Yea, that’s what I’m torn about. If it’s just going to be a 50k mi service item, I’m fine with that. I’m also thinking the o-rings on the metal pipes are not permanent fixes, so they’ll still need servicing at some point; we just don’t know that mileage yet. Maybe they wait until the 170k-ish service to get more real-life usage data.

What about the oil cooler gasket under the SC? Worth preventative replacement? It doesn’t seem to be a fail point.

@scapistron no signs of the mounts being bad currently. LCAs and bushings were done @ 77k mi., and I haven’t felt and systems of them going out again; just had an alignment (every 5k) and it was still within spec from the last. Tech did say my rear passenger tie rod was seized “inner to outer”, but still OK. I’ll prob do that with the brakes

JLR makes metal pipes now. I have a set I’ll sell you, I bought them thinking I could make it work on the NA motor but yea way different. I don’t think the dealer will accept the return. Not my photo but this is them.
