I replaced the front LCA on my vehicle. It was a purely mechanical job; just purge air from the system and remove/cut a few bolts to get the old ones out. You 100% need an alignment after. There's also a bit of a 'procedure' before you tighten the bolts on the new LCAs. The center of the wheel hub needs to 466mm (or something like that) from the top of the wheel arch before you tighten everything. I would strongly encourage you to get a Gap IID Tool when Black Friday comes around.
