if money was no object which wire set would you guys buy? i've read several different threads on wires and they both seem reputable, though, the magnecors are by far more popular.
if the cost did matter, and it does, the cheapest magnecors i can find are around $80 while the kingsbourne are around $35. 8mm on both. i'll be changing my plugs also.
when i bought the 1996 se7 discovery i changed all the plugs and wires and going stock on both, that was before i had read enough to know not to use stock wires. my mpg dropped by 2. i went from 13 around town to 11.25. that was the only change i made. the old wires were 8mm and the plugs were better than what i put in. i know all this now and wish i had saved the old plugs and wires, but, did not. oh well, lesson learned the expensive way.
this is my first post, so, please be gentle, i know this topic has been broached before.
by the way, i love this truck and can't wait to take it off roading. i really want another one and have even considered selling my 77 vw bus to buy another one.
thanks
