headlight cleaning help

There is mold build in one of my headlights. Anyone have instructions showing how far I can tear down the light or suggestions as to how to remove the mold. I was thinking swirling a little rubbing alcohol via the high beam access.... My fear is of course doing something that will result in the light being nonfunctional.

The clear lens can be removed by putting the whole unit in the oven or using a heat gun along the edges to warm it up. I assume if you opened it up you could clean up the mold and marks.

Any pics or details on pulling the lens apart??? Id like to renew my seal actually.
