Discovery Sport timing issue

Could use some advice, 2016 Sport about 90k, timing chain throwing service engine light.

Two Indy's recommend complete engine swap, neither will touch the top end. Used engine with 1 year warranty about $12k.

Any recommendations on finding a shop that will take on the job, or should I just scrap/sell for parts, trade-in, and move on.

Vehicle is otherwise awesome and in great shape!

Engine swap? Are they out of their mind?

The cam timing drivetrain need to be replaced. Both VVT sprockets, timing chain, guides and timing chain tensioner.

It seems there are special tools required to do this job, I've called a few Indy's.

Any idea what a dealer may charge before I bring it in?
