ordering 2013
I was at the dealership last weekend... the sales manager informed me they stopped placing 2012 orders last week and 2013 orders can be placed in mid June. Not sure if its true but I plan to call the dealership in mid June to see if they are accepting 2013 orders.

This seems in line with my experience a couple years ago. They started taking orders for the new model year around June 9th. I ordered mine around June 22, took delivery of my 2011 LR4 on October 6, 2010.
