I just changed out with EBC rotors and Akebono pads. Virtually no brake dust compared to stock parts. Not much more expensive either. If you want the info if be happy to post.

Why not post it.... I like the EBC, I can't imagine liking something more..

Bodsy's Brake Bible

Below is the link to Bodsy's Brake Bible - over 6,000 downloads of his 36 page pdf to date. V1.6a is the latest update.

There is no computer reset of the sensors needed - the Bible has a good write up on the sensors - the sensors are just a piece of metal that touches when the pads are worn and becomes open circuit. Jumping across the two terminals at the upper plug turns the light off permanently - but there are two sensors, one at the front, the other at the rear, hence a light that stays on suggests the other sensor or both.

Also below is a link to a brake parts pdf I made up that you can modify as you wish.
I also used Akebono pads and solid vented stock rotors; no dust and it seems to still stop. It is probably best to install new sensors when you install new rotors.

I installed the new sensor for the front...rear is good (checked that sensor and it is not worn through). Still getting that warning. I replaced front pads, rotors and the sensor. I'm really getting frustrated.

jump the two pins

It you jump across the two electrical pins of the front connector on the vehicle side of the wiring, the light should go out.

If it does, then the problem is within the related sensor side wiring - it must be showing open circuit as the dash light goes on when a sensor or the wiring from the sensor sees an open circuit.
