Hello everyone I just bought a 2006 LR3 and it did not have a owners manual so until they send me one I have a quick question. Are the gas and brake pedal adjustable and if so how is it done. Thanks for the help in advance.

Sorry!
If you need a manual in the mean time, you can go to www.ownerinfo.landrover.com to view it online. But heck, if yuou have a question, you can always search it, or post it and we'll be glad to help!

Are you a short person, have you tried all your seat adjustments? No, because of DOT regs, they are not adjustable.

No, because of DOT regs, they are not adjustable.

Can you elaborate on this? There are plenty of vehicles in production that do have adjustable pedals (user adjustable) and so I'm interested to hear why DOT regs would affect the LR3 but not those etc. (not that I'm terribly bothered by the lack of the feature btw). :albertein

I think your only option would be a custom remounting of the seat. Nwoods on this forum has done just that. For details try a search, or maybe Nathan will see this post and let ya know.

I just emailed nwoods about this a few weeks ago, I need extra room myself. He had his custom seat rail attachments made at a place called Frank's Fab Shop in California for about $250 (if I recall). I'm going to do the same mod. I can't find the post that he did regarding this, but he's the guy to talk to about it.
