Using the Gap IID tool to show temps, I found the bar graph to be a joke. It climbs rapidly to center and reaches the center point (shown in your photo) at 70°C. However, the bar graph reading then does not move at all between 70°-95°C, which I find annoying. Might as well not have a gauge and just a "high temp warning light" instead.
I've not seen any temps over ~95C (~204F) though, which is great.
