Is a d5 a great deal right now?

i am seeing local 2017 diesel HSEs for around 43k with a CPO and only 5k miles. This sounds like a steal. Why is the price so low?

Share some links? I looked around and couldn't find any HSE like that nationwide with the LR site. I see SE models at that price...nobody ever buys "base"

Have to know what you are getting with the D5, and even later LR4's, I believe.

My local dealer has a new d5, '17, full lock package, 11K below retail. I'm sure they would take less. They have tons of inventory.
