Crap gas or water in the gas will do this. I've had it happen in other cars. Run a bottle of gas drier ("Heet" is one brand) through before diving deeper. ..........Reed

Service advisor just said that they needed to be updated. technician told me that it isn't uncommon for older LR3s.
