hi guys, i am looking at buying this 96 discovery. took it for a ride and i really like it. dispite a few small issues, the truck is great...but this is my first truck, and i couldn't for the life of me get the diff lock to work.

i really am not a stupid guy, but damn did i feel dumb sitting there trying to figure that thing out

anyways i have a good idea of it's purpose, i just couldn't get it to engage.
google wasn't much help...if one of you guys could lend a hand i'd really appreciate it.
