Timing for 2015 Range Rover Sport SVR

Hello,

I have a 2015 Range Rover Sport SVR (supercharged V8) that apperas to have skipped timing. I have misfires and camshaft-crankshaft correlation code problems for bank 2. Engine does not turn over, ao suspect oistons hit the valves. Does anyone have a ahop in mind in the Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland area that you would recommend to attempt a potential repair?

Chance of the valves hitting the piston is very slim.
Make sure the motor is actually locked up.
Could be a blown Mega fuse to the starter, that's keeping the motor from turning over.

Low oil level can cause the correlation DTCs.
