Solenoid Leak

While looking for a good recovery point* on the front of my '15 LR4 (SCV6) I noticed a bunch of oil on various lines under there. Traced it up to what looks like some type of solenoid that is next to the crank pulley. What is this? Assume it needs a new o-ring and that I'm not going to be the first person in there given the mix of fasteners holding it on.

*There seems to be no good recovery point on the front aside from looping a strap around the frame.
