2010 died on way to work. Plugged gap in and showed p0232-24 fuel pump A secondary circuit high. General signal failure signal stays high.

So lost pump 2....while waiting on tow I can hear chewing....

Chunks of Irish spring works too.

I've also got about 10 cords of fire split and stacked. Give them a place to live.

Thanks for the diagrams LT!
So for those that following along

I shoulda known it was that dang rebuilt alternator....well I kinda thought it was. With this misadventure I deviated from a cardinal disco 3/4 rule.
These pigs need good electrical support. Should have changed immediately on getting home.

Voltage rock steady, no brown outs, no crackling though the speakers when you get a 16+v spike that cuts the power for split second.
Did notice this difference in the rectifier. (Pics)Not OEM on the napchesium, missing looks like heat sink.
It couldn't regulate at all. Glad I didn't fry anything.

BTW...I know I heard a mouse. Part of me thinks the oak leaves stuck under the hood that stick out the side were being rattled by the wind. I found zero evidence of wiring damage. Looked like a 16+ V spike that freaked some modules out. Was watching my USB charging jobbie (my vom) and it went 14.4, 15.4, then 16 and ****. Charger went dead, but later came back and truck started and ran normally. Must have needed to sleep and reset some safety breaker.

Dunno....all seems good. And likely a phantom rodent along with erratic voltage.
