I've found prices for parts to vary quite a bit from dealer to dealer. Might be worth contacting a few that are within a days drive from your location.
I found this to be extremely true when I was first investigating what it'd run to get the timing chains on my '16 LR4 done. I called 6 Dealerships...

Hunt Valley MD: "Bring the car here, pay us $500 and then we'll then give you an estimate" (I asked if they could give me just a High cost and a Low cost estimate, they refused)
Tyson's Corner VA: "$16,000" (when asked, they refused to give me a breakdown of parts vs labor)
Alexandria VA: "$5,500 for parts, $6,500 for labor"
Chantilly VA: "$3,500 for parts, $9,000 for labor"
Charleston WV: "We'll call you back" (They did not call me back)
Pittsburgh PA: "We'll call you back" (They did not call me back)

@q5sys based on that list of dealerships I've had a good experience with checkered flag JLR in VA Beach for parts. I don't live in the area so I can't comment on the service side of things.
