Just a PSA. If you install the heavy duty axles from RCV, be sure to cut the lower sway link bolt on the front driver's side as it'll rub and eventually puncture the CV boot when at full articulation. I noticed this as the suspension was fully extended and thank God I did. The only ****** part is that you'll have to cut the link off when it's time to replace.... But meh... Worth it.

I'll check that, thanks.

I remember having to massage the boot placement a bit to clear everything when I installed mine.

I'm curious, do you get a "chatter" from any of yours? I sometimes get a little chunk, chunk, chunk and some vibration from mine on takeoff until they take a "set" at which point they smooth out. I was concerned enough I took a video for L8 which they then forwarded to their contact at RCV. RCV's response was "this is the first time that guy has owned a set of hardened CV axles, isn't it? Normal".

Nothing I can't live with, as I really wanted those things after installing a front locker.

Mine are noisy: clunks (park to reverse and reverse to park), clack-clack-clacky-clack and tiny vibrating rotation at slow speeds. Usually all resolves itself before 20 mph.

@avslash @Edgyver - y'all notice the rear RCV axles shred the lower boot of the bags from rubbing? Not a big deal but the price you pay for getting the HDs.
