Hey guys, can you all help me master mind this issue with my 06 LR3? I replaced a T inside my top radiator hose that had broke & I had antifreeze shooting out! After I replaced it I'm not getting heat on the inside of my truck nor is the fluid moving inside my reservoir tank, its @ stand still. Now I'm seeing white smoke coming from underneath my throttle body & its causing my truck to overheat once I drive it. Will I be able to fix this without going to a LR Dealer? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. [emoji120]

I'm sure someone will set you straight on this forum. I think...and I'm not sure but from reading post after post about coolant over the years, you have to bleed the system and you likely have air in it. Also I hope you replaced that bleeder T with a copper one.

you have to bleed the system.( using my LR 4 as example) throughout the engine bay on high spots of the coolant system(near the top of the radiator, metal section of line that runs onto the back of the engine) there are little purge valves. you have to purge the system in order to get it flowing again. not quite sure about the white smoke though? the purge valves look like a flat head screw cap about the size of a penny. all you have to do is crack them loose till the fluid sprays out.
