Lets see. I bought my 2010 LR4 usued in May 2013. So 9 1/2 years of ownership:
current mileage 201500 kms (125.6k miles)
I have put 127500kms on it (79.7k miles)
All maintenance (fluids,parts,tires windshields etc) = $13643 Cdn = $9960 USD
cost of maintenance $0.107/km CDN = $0.125 USD per mile
Your cost of $30000/ 137 000 miles = $0.219 USD per mile ! Whatcha been doing? Servicing at the dealer ? lol

Around nyc independent service rates are $180 an hour. My number also includes the timing chain which is $7k
Fair enough. I turn wrenches on most of my stuff (outside of the LCAs). I have not done the timing chain so that will catch me up in a hurry if and when it ever gets done. If it does not sure dumping $7k into a $12k vehicle will be worth it. I anticipate that once I bite the bullet on chains it will have to be a DIY side project at home.

my replaced Y pipe from 2018 (car has 75k miles, 150K now) just went. looks like they have an updated part now that shld be good for life, is that correct?
getting a bunch of work done here at 150k miles. will post once i get the final invoice. can you tell i hate new cars!?

Battery dying/losing charge
Found coolant leak under intake manifold
Brakes worn less than 1/4 pad-Rotors warped
Removed complete intake manifold assembly
Removed and replaced oil cooler gasket set
Removed and replaced rear heater pipe/updated
Removed and replaced Y pipe manifold behind water pump
Removed and replaced alternator assembly
Removed and replaced battery + negative terminal W/Sensor
Removed and replaced front brakes (Pads + Rotors)
Removed and replaced rear brakes (Pads + Rotors)
Installed new brake pad wear sensors
Filled and bled coolant system
Reset ECU/Test drove vehicle
