Has anyone listened to/viewed this?

It's an interactive, narrated multimedia adventure-mystery story by author William Boyd, commissioned by Land Rover North America. A different and enjoyable take on LR marketing featuring a Defender. The LR is an element of the story but doesn't feel gratuitous or like blatant product placement. It's a short story told in 8 parts and I have to say I got pulled into it.

I was plinking around on Google+ where I follow Land Rover USA and I saw an announcement about it. Pretty cool and worth a look.

Saw this a while back (got it via email from LR, and it is also posted on the ExPo website), I couldn't handle more than a couple minutes. Really bad and boring narration to my taste.

I personally sat through the whole thing. Starts off pretty slow and the narration is a little slow but the story was pretty good once you got into it and the interactive nature was something I had never seen before.

Pay attention to the words that scroll by that either have a line show up under them, a box around them or they are bolder I think. Gives you different images and things to look at other than the background that scrolls by. Its different, I will give them that. Little more complex than just watching a 20 min short film.

Good point. I only clicked on a few of those links because I didn't want to interrupt the flow of the story, but I may go back and check out a few more of them. I had a few quibbles with the story line and logic but overall thought it was different and interesting.

There is also an interactive map that shows photos and captions provided by LR owners around the world.
