As stated above there was a TSB out for condensation in the headlamps for early 2005 models. The TSB showed examples of what was acceptable and what was not. You'd have to have significant water running down the front lens according to the TSB in order to be covered. I always though that if I started having this issue I'd put a few descant (spelling) packets in the lamp to soak up moisture.

In order to be covered under warrantee? Even if the car is out of factory warrantee?

No but if you can find a copy of the TSB you may have an idea of how the water is getting in...

Update:

I had the condensation return after an engine detail last week. I decided to pull off the lamp cover in the engine department for a couple days and in dry 40-60 degree weather it all cleared up.

I think i will try the regular fan, used the hair dryer the lens was clear but with the running lights on, i see some small comdensation.
