I got these two faults after having my rear camera turn off when driving in reverse. The camera has popped on once or twice, but then I get the 'get serviced' message. Looks like I have a parking sensor issue.

I did get a car wash recently, so it might be a water thing. Either way, does this mean a sensor or two are out or that I need a new module?

Thanks
Sean

High water pressure is bad, it says that in the manual. You could disconnect the hardware leads and inspect the connections for free. Make sure the terminals are clean and dry.

Does that mean I have to remove the bumpers?

The weather warmed up and the faults went away. All back to normal. We had a bad rain with the car outside too, so it may have caused an issue as well.

I got the same faults yesterday, no recent wash though being Oregon it's been raining. Only difference was that it was parked backed in to the driveway, where usually we just pull in forward. I wonder if the change in slope caused water to go places it usually doesn't. Any idea on where to begin investigation? Perhaps it will dry out and go away too.

Faults are gone, rear camera is back. Only change is the orientation of the car in the driveway and a bit of time.
