Do 19" LR3 wheels fit correctly on the LR4?

I came across an inexpensive set of used 19" LR3 wheels that I could use to mount LR4 winter tires. I presume they will fit but want to check here to see if anyone has done the same. Yes, I'm being lazy, I could just pull a wheel off our LR3 and try it on our LR4. (I do know that the LR3 & LR4 TPMS sensors are different)

Sounds like you are doing it the fiscally smart way... I'm in the process of ordering 5 of the 18" compos, which will run my like $1500 i think.

Then I have to find TPMS sensors that work, and tires.

tpmsdirect.com is where I bought mine as well. They are not the cheapest and they aren't black, but they definitely work.

As for winter tires, I'm staying with Nokian. Going with the new Hakkapeliitta R2 SUV winter tires.

A little paint can fix that right? Ill have mine on black wheels, but im not sure ill be that picky, unless they are bright/chrome.

Ill see about painting them.
