Many thanks to all of you for your input. I pulled the trigger on the 2013 today. Today has gone exceptionally well. First off, the dealership gave me 4700 off of MSRP. So my $64,220 truck ended up being $59,481. On top of that their finance guy gave me 1.69% on a 60 month term for the difference between the sales price and my 2010 LR4. I probably left some on the table for my 2010 trade-in, but I'm not going to sweat it. They didn't even charge me to remove the mud-flaps off my 2010 and put them on the new 2013. This was one of the better car buying experiences I've had.

Congrats, great deal!! BTW, I kicked the throttle down on the freeway while stuck at 70mph. The V8 got me to 80+ and passing in a blink! I am thinking no SCV6 will do that for this heavy rig at that speed.
