It sounds like those aren't codes but "unready" indicators. I had this issue where it would not get ready after doing major service and I ended up having to do a driving sequence.
It's utterly preposterous but I did many combinations of the drive cycles listed in the link below and after 1000 miles it got "ready"
I think, but am not sure, it was the one where you drift to a stop from 50mph that finally allowed it to be "ready"

LR4 V8 smog help - catalytic monitor won't get to ready state

2010 LR4 V8 with 240k miles. Trying to get CA smog, but the catalytic monitor won't get to ready state, so it won't pass smog (the other two monitors do pass - O2 and Evap). Injectors were replaced last year and the fuel trims look ok (within +/- 4%). 1) anyone have this issue? 2) is there a...

I lucked out and during the trip to the lake (2hrs each way) it was ready. This was after 300 miles of everyday driving.
