body panel thickness?

I'm also not sure about the (4-Lo) gearing on the G-wagon. I have driven two of them, and don't remember any 4-Lo button, switch or lever. I know it would be silly to build a 4x4 complete with all those lockable diffs and NOT have 4-Lo, but I just don't remember seeing the select interface. ...and I'm not sure how the final gear ratios would compare to that of the LR3, which I find to be very low.

I must've missed it; here are the details:

Transfer case 2-speed, electronically controlled via console switch.
Transfer case ratio 0.87:1 normal range/2.16:1 low range.

Anyone know the LR3's final gear ratio?

LR3: 2.93:1 ...so yeah a bit lower gearing.
