black grille badge

does anyone happen to know a part number for a black grille emblem? there are a couple on fleabay but i dont know if they will fit. thanks.

Per Microcat:
DAG500140 which later superceded to DAG500160. DAG500160 should retail in the neighborhood of $20 @ the parts counter.

it definitely fits just make sure that if you also want to replace the tailgate emblem get another grill emblem and not a tailgate emblem. i did it on mine and it looks great i also replaced the centercaps to match.

basically just get two black grill emblems. i would assume then that there is no difference in size on the front and rear emblems stock?

i have a green vehicle and just want to break it up a little with black emblems. they will better match my black/anthracite wheels when they come back.

Okay, that sounds reasonable. Who knows, maybe you'll fool a few casual on-lookers into thinking your LR3 is Supercharged!

i would do it if it were possible. my old shop used to take on the weirdest supercharged vehicles and usually most turned out well. the fuel mapping would be the worst nightmare, but i have seen the impossible happen.
