Auto Radio Volume

Does anyone know how to turn off the auto volume control for the radio?
I want to turn off the engine and crank some tunes . . .!!!!

Sorry. but I have been told its not possible without replacing the radio. BTW - ME TOO on the radio volume. If the engineers wanted to be so cleaver, they should have integrated with the GPS to determine if you are with in AAA jurisdiction and let you run the battery 'dangerously' low. IF in south america, australia, africa, middle east, etc enable battery preservation protocols.
