Anyone ever removed the DVD screen trim/bezel from the headrests?

Mine are peeling badly and I want to either replace or refinish. The part # is LR032731 and they go for ~$140 a piece!

I gently pried on mine a few times and felt like the pressure was becoming too great and something was going to snap. Anyone that can advise on a trick to get it off?

Just about to try changing the bezel over for a new one. Any advice from anyone that's done it?
