40mm Offset Wheels on LR3

Replacing my 19" wheels with 18"s on my 06 LR3 HSE. The aftermarket wheels I like have 40mm offset. Anyone had experience with 285/60's and 40mm offset? Looking at the Zeon LTZs.

Sounds like it might be an issue. The factory wheels are:
Offset is 53P (approximately 165mm or 6.5″ +/-)
