In addition to the items ougrad1 mentions (ipod cable, package options), I can think of a couple more.

I have the 2011, and my Nav allows me to enter destination while the car is in motion. I have hit the "agree" the first time I use Nav after each start, but after that, it is completely functional. Others here with 2010 have stated that they cannot enter destination while the car is in motion.

The 2011 (except for the early models) does not have voice activation. But if you really want it, they can add it back. There are a couple of commands I do use on occasion, but it's so poorly implemented I find I rarely use it.

and with 2011 LUX, you get auto leveling xenons but 2012 you don't unless also built with the camera option?

the camera option (vision assist) is also available on the 2011 right?

With 2010 LUX you get the active headlight system where the headlights turn in the direction you turn the wheels. in 2011 you need the vision assist package in order to get that. The vision assist package also includes the surround camera system, auto high beam, tow assit, and a better rear view camera image which is digitally processed (whatever that means). Auto leveling is standard on any vehicle equipped with OEM HID lighting. That means the headlights level automatically in order not to blind opposing traffic.

so the lights are essentially the same as my 2007 hse which turn around corners and auto level depending on angle of the vehicle. this is cool to see happen when braking hard or going down little hills. it's light years better than my 96 and 04 discos.
