    I would recommend cleaning/replacing if needed the MAF sensor, I would also check the air box and make sure it is sealing correctly.

    Sounds correct to me. Any air leaks prior to the cats will cause issues. Your probably do not need the 02 sensors, just the gasket.

    I know from previous experience Warranty companies will only cover items that are actually bad. So unless the timing chain is bad and making noise I doubt they will cover this work.
