Discovery 1 - Starting Problem
Sounds like battery may be dead. On the 96 it also had the spider alarm system if I recall correctly, which suck. Make sure you use the remote to unlock the door if possible otherwise lock and unlock the door with the key at least 3 times slowly to ensure the alarm is not set. Do you hear the... -

Persistent misfire codes
I would recommend cleaning/replacing if needed the MAF sensor, I would also check the air box and make sure it is sealing correctly.- joey

The dreaded P1174 and P1171
Sounds correct to me. Any air leaks prior to the cats will cause issues. Your probably do not need the 02 sensors, just the gasket. -
2013 Range Rover Sport HSE Timing Chain Replacement
I know from previous experience Warranty companies will only cover items that are actually bad. So unless the timing chain is bad and making noise I doubt they will cover this work.- joey
