If its going to go you can hear it and you can visually inspect it - im not following u. Once you detect the sound - change the chain. Problem averted.

the low price scared me off - felt like when the cheap version of zymol showed up on the local auto store shelf. i just bought some EBC greens and hoping they live up to the hype!
Agreed thats why im fine using ceramics over regular pads- odds are stopping power is no worse and cld be better despite the ceramics not “feeling” great to some

i cant cope with brake dust in this day and age. i dont know much about oem suppliers for brake pads but i dont feel like i see obnoxious amounts of brake dust on Bmws, MBs, etc so does anyone know who supplies those manufactures with pads?
how have they held up after a few months? i went oem on my last brake job and the dust is driving me insane. i cant feel the difference in pedal so im going back to ceramics.
