LR part number for TPMS receivers? F & R ?

2007 LR3 and I am having this problem. Just got 4 new tires and 4 new sensors. Issue still persists. It's all very random from going miles with nothing, then the light comes on, then goes off, then alternates with light and Check Tyre Pressures on dash computer, then off, then the lovely Malfunction message and the HVAC shuts off along with the outside temp gauge and clock and hazard lights, then the radio. Drive a mile or two like that and everything comes back. Messing around with different settings in the heat or radio just to see if that triggers the Malfunction when the light comes on with inconclusive results thus far. One wheel well had some sort of rubber lining hanging out of it, wondering if that was one of the little antennas got fudged? 142,000 miles and only other issue is the right side steering wheel controls don't work (settings menu selection, radio volume).
