CO-LR4 replied to the thread Cylinder 8 Misfire.Culprit for me ending up being the coil. Decided to replace all the injectors anyway as at 137k. All is peachy.

Spark plug, coil, fuel injector would all be cylinder specific failures. Any could give these codes and symptoms described.
