Thanks for the info . . . but I'm not worried about style as it is a spare . . . the problem is I'm looking at the BMW X5 rims per Houm WA's suggestion . . . worried about getting one too wide/narrow . . .

Just had to back off of it. The boulder caught on the undercarriage and rolled out of its hole.

I would stick the an OEM rim of some kind. One will pop up soon either on Craigs or ebay.

Just the other day there were several 18" OEM wheels.

Heck you could buy the whole set I posted for $300, then resale the extra rims and probably cover your costs.

If you find a single LR rim for under $100 then by all means get it...I would. I'm offering up the X5 wheel route to save you the trouble of searching bolt patterns, offsets and axle diameters. I KNOW it works and it's the same route I've chosen for my spare. The reason why it appeals is because there are more X5 rims on the used rim market than there are LR3 rims. Increases supply means the price is lower.

IMO if you find one less then $200, which is easy to do, it is well worth it for a better match up rather then going with a BMW on a Land Rover.
