If you have a portable Navi, such as Garmin or TomTom, there are lots of options available: http://tech.yahoo.com/blogs/hughes/32634 The technology has been around for a while.
I like umbertob's idea, but you really benefit more from this capability when driving or travelling in an area that you are not familiar with, rather than one where you already know a speed trap/camera exists.
But I have never tried one of these products, don't usually drive in such a way to be too concerned about it, so not an authority on this subject...
