Is this a sensor or an existing dash cam?

(This is a new to me car, 2016 LR4 landmark)

I want to install a dash cam but this sure looks like a camera already sitting there.

What's yours look like behind the cover? Thanks very much for any insight.

It does have adaptive cruise. I'm not sure about AEB.

I wish there was a good manual available to read.

The module on the glass is the rain sensor for the wipers. Also houses the light sensor for the automatic headlamps.
The other part is the automatic headlight dimming sensor.

Adaptive cruise control sensor is in the front bumper.

I thought the rain sensor was the flat gadget to the right, that is attached to the windshield.
