O2 Sensor Locations > 2012 5.0 V8

Anyone have a diagram or know where these are located? Looking specifically for the upstream aka "front" but knowing where both are would be helpful. I have the workshop manual but it's specific to the V6.

Exhaust manifolds.

Find the catalytic converters. Two are down stream of the cats and two are upstream on the exhaust manifolds
