I just can't wait to see the deal you get on a 2013 RRS, the color, etc.Yeah, the new RRS is pretty big. It's pretty much a RR "sported" and "shorted" and I guess this explains the very high price. I'm going to likely get the outgoing RRS and trade it up in three-years and get this beast. The RR is nice... but a little too rich looking now. What I like about the outgoing RR, is that it could be driven by a contractor w/boots, or banker... or even a surfer in flip-flops, and respected in all ways. Whereas the new RR, is very banker, suit-like, and honestly, a contractor would look out of place driving one of this onto a construction zone.
It's going to feel a bit like your LR4 (i.e., familiar), but also pretty new to you - so I think you will really like that aspect. I know when I drove a 2011 RRS on a short trip I was a bit amazed at how much sportier it handles - definitely a different feel than our LR4. Although, it felt very familiar.
I am excited about my LR4, but definitely went back and forth if I should also get an outgoing RRS. As for the 2010-2012 years for the RR - I love them.
