A 2013 will ostensibly have the updated design of the timing chain guides. The updated design is still known to potentially go bad, but if the previous owner(s) kept the oil changes to a reasonable interval (6k to 7k miles instead of the Land Rover recommended 15k), then you could be good to go.

You have no idea how happy that makes me to hear that. She did really well keeping up with the maintenance and oil changes. I'll be sure to do the 7k target myself.

Oil changes on an LR4 are the easiest you'll ever do. Get a Mightyvac and look for threads on here or videos on youtube and you'll see what I mean.

I have zero concern about my timing chain (2013, do 7500 mile oil changes with Mobil 1 EP)

However if you have no record of the crossover pipes being changed, 100% get them changed over to the new part. That is something that 100% will fail. Mine were changed around 60k miles and I'd find it hard to believe yours haven't been changed yet.

Enjoy the new ride.

Same comments on the oil changes...and the engine cooling system if that hasn't been done !!!
There is also a recall out that you should make sure is done. The outlet flange on top of the fuel tank cracks over time then leaks. I believe the part also contains a fuel filter. There are a couple of threads on here regarding the issue including pic's of the culprit. Here's the recall:

Your local JLR dealer should handle it no charge. The tank has to be dropped, so some have replaced the in-tank fuel pump in the process.
Congrats and good luck!
