So the brand new overflow tank seems to lose coolant from the bleeder screw in the top of the tank on a regular basis. So much so that I have to add coolant in weekly. New tank, new "T" bleeder, system filled and bled, etc.

It appears that return coolant is getting "stuck" in a small chamber at the top of the tank.

That section of the tank stays full of coolant all the time. I'm not sure why your bleed screw is leaking. Maybe you got a bad tank?

Good to know it's supposed to have two chambers. I'll need to see why the bleeder is leaking. Tank is new, bleeder has an o-ring, etc. but seems to be leaking from the seal.
